SiO2 - 2023

The conference is organized by the Laboratory "Roberto Boscaino" of Advanced Materials (LaBAM) at the Department of Physics and Chemistry "Emilio Segrè" of the University of Palermo, and is devoted to the science and technology of silica-based systems and nanosystems, as well as novel dielectric materials with applications in photonics and microelectronics.
